I had a comfortable stay and interacted with friendly staff

The rooms are neat. The staff were great and friendly.

The outside looks run down compared to the pictures. I suppose it is the disadvantage of having a beachfront property. The food was average for the prices and I was under the impression breakfast was included when I booked.

I had to pay extra for pretty much everything else i needed, for a coffee mug, for ice etc…i just feel like if they could just add everything as a package and increase the price a bit of course, its gonna be more convenient, because these extra expenses weren’t budgeted for

Excellent location!

Excellent location! A few steps from the beach. A lovely (basic) restaurant on site. Good value for money, everything we needed for our weekend of cycling. Friendly service.

Limited parking, but there was a guard 24/7 at the outside parking in front of the hotel. You should leave instructions for guests on how to use the smart tv. Have more soap and toiletries in the bathroom.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff are very helpful as well. Everything was clean.

The family room only had 2 towels (I'm sure if I asked, I would have got extra towels, but expect it to be 4 in a family room). The car park is not undercover, but it is locked.

The room was very spacious and clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. Excellent service and staff.

The only issue we had was the food, we ate our first dinner and most of the meat was burnt, we hope the management fixes the issue in the kitchen.
